Hearst Media Services, LEGAL NOTICE BROOKFIELD WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITY HIGH MEADOW SEWER EXTENSION NOTICE OF LEVY OF BENEFIT ASSESSMENTS: HIGH MEADOW CONDOMINIUM, LEDGEWOOD CONDOMINIUM AND NEWBURY CROSSING CONDOMINIUM Notice is hereby given that the Brookfield Water Pollution Control Authority, pursuant to Sections 7-249 and 7-250 of the General Statutes, has levied a Benefit Assessment against the properties, and the owners thereof, that have been especially benefited by the construction of the High Meadow Sewer Extension. The properties against which such benefit assessments have been levied are all of the properties located on Ledgewood Drive, East View Road, Pond View Road, Westview Lane, Arbor Drive, Boxwood Drive, Douglas Drive, Lambert Lane, Bristol Path, Brooks Lane and Comstock Trail within High Meadow Condominium, Ledgewood Condominium and Newbury Crossing Condominium.
